Wow! These folks are great at this location! Went in recently for a battery and they were very helpful and cordial. Love the atmosphere at this location. My daughter just went in to purchase a replacement headlight bulb to bring to me to replace in her car. These guys went ahead and replaced it right on the spot. Pleasant surprise. In these times great customer service is few and far between. Good on you AutoZone for hiring great people!

I’m a huge fan of these guys! Always helpful and knowledgeable. Even if it’s crazy busy they go above and beyond in customer service! The most recent experience was with John, a younger man with amazing manners and kindness. He helped me with my turn lights/brake lights that I couldn’t even figure how to get to them! The sheriff had stopped me that morning, I got off with a warning on my promise to put in a new bulb that day! Needless to say I was in a panic when I stopped by there; to find out how much it was going to cost, being on a tight budget, fixed income and just having gotten my car out of the repair shop$$$! I need not to have worried because John had all the skills to help an old lady 👵🏾!! AutoZone is my go to for parts, advice AND JOHN!!

I went to the location on Lower Fayetteville (Summergrove in Newnan) and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I initially walked in a young man greeted me in passing and said he would be with me momentarily. I continued to walk towards the vicinity of the item(s) I needed and waited thinking he would come back. He did not return so I carried my items to the front that I had questions on and waited patiently at the register line for assistance. This man continuously ignored me (I was the only black person in the store at this time) and proceeded to help every other person (that was white) that came through the doors. At least 3 more people came in after me. At first I walked out very upset, but changed my mind about going farther out to a different location and went back in. I got a friend’s opinion on what was best, purchased it, and left. Even then I was still ignored. Instead of making a scene I decided to leave a nice review. I am very slow to make any situation about race but this was obvious and blatant. I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer and out of place as a person. Unfortunately I did not get the employees name but I could describe him to a T. Do better Auto Zone.

AutoZone Auto Parts. Automotive parts store specializing in consumer automobiles. Conveniently located in Newnan GA. Helpful and polite staff. They have several free services including free advice, help locating parts, check engine light analysis and many more. Great for DIY enthusiasts and also people who have the inclination to fix or maintain cars themselves. You will atleast save the labor cost and upselling if any when you visit the dealership or a mechanic.

Incident:July 2023 My wife went to this location to get a new battery. I was not with her due to being out of town. I don’t know exactly who the guy was, but he was very flirtatious with my wife!! He asked her questions if she was single. He also asked if she had any kids because “she doesn’t look like it” This guy even asked how old she was to top it off. I get if you find someone attractive, but not while you’re working!!!! You made my wife so uncomfortable with your comments especially since she was by herself! He also made a comment that why didn’t I her husband change out her battery instead of her coming here…well AutoZone does it for free so why would I do it? I am contemplating on calling corporate because there should be boundaries when working.. not trying to pick up married women.

I want to recognize and commend employees Bruce, Ethan and Wesley who repaired my brake lights that would not shut off. It was after 6pm when I noticed my brake lights would not go off. Feeling helpless knowing my battery would run out and after 6 pm I thought of AutoZone to go for help. I am so grateful for all their help when I needed it. Bruce, Ethan and Wesley at the 1111 Lower Fayetteville Rd. location went above and beyond and I am able to drive my car today because of their care and knowledge. I can't thank you enough. You are my Heroes. It is a blessing to know their are such good people working with AutoZone. Thank You So Very Much
